I'm Elleen, and I created Blue Butterfly Hypnotherapy to offer women a different path through chronic illness, pain and anxiety—one that honors both the wisdom of the body and the power of the subconscious mind.

My approach is deeply personal. After nearly 15 years navigating my own chronic pain journey, I know firsthand how isolating and exhausting it can be. That experience shapes how I work: with compassion, patience, and a commitment to real, lasting change.

HypnoYin

The HypnoYin Method combines Clinical Hypnotherapy with Yin Yoga to create the ideal conditions for deep, lasting transformation.

Yin Yoga calms your nervous system and releases tension stored in your fascia (connective tissue). As your body softens, your mind naturally drops into deeper relaxation—opening greater access to your subconscious where real change happens.

Whether you're navigating chronic pain, anxiety, sleep issues, or seeking profound nervous system regulation—HypnoYin works with both body and mind.

In-person sessions are held at the beautiful Connect + Flow Studio in Pomona, QLD.
All appointments are also available via Zoom, so you can connect from the comfort of your own space—no need to travel or search for parking.
